A hobby turned business, Simply Afrikan. Our goal is to have everyone keep Africa in mind in everything they do, hence our desire for a one stop shop where you can get African fabrics, ready to wear clothes, Arts and craft, African Literature etc from Nigeria and various parts of Africa.
Founded on the business principle of keeping Africa at the forefront, the company goes the extra mile to assemble quality ready-made pieces that embodies the elegance of African style. And to the delight of its customers, some of fabrics and clothes are handcrafted with inspiration from the rich, natural beauty of the Nigerian and African culture. This is part of the homage the company is paying to the rich and diverse African culture blended with European modernity.
Simply Afrikan is a special label dedicated to providing and exhibiting African-inspired creative content as well as a fashion collection that has a unique style, a subtle mix of elegance and colour. This has played a huge role in making Simply Afrikan brand a lifestyle model, as is reflected on the company’s wide range of fabrics and native attires for all occasions.
In addition to creating our own products, we also warehouse African themed products for other producers and designers.
We are particularly interested in having our children stay connected to their roots, hence our language classes and kitting them up for various cultural activities in traditional Nigerian and African attire.

We do not compromise on quality given the high regard it has for its numerous foreign and indigenous customers.
We have also earned the loyalty of our customers through exceptional customer service.
This business has been in existence for over 15 years, starting from car booths and a few temporary outlets; however, on November 19, 2010, we opened at Ikota Shopping complex. In December 2013, we opened a small outlet on Admiralty Road Lekki Phase I.
We moved from Admiralty Road to our Head Quarters – Simply Afrikan Place, 19, Fola Osibo street, Lekki Phase 1 In December 2015. At Simply Afrikan Place (SAP) we have enough room to run our domestic skills classes. In addition, we rent out training rooms and our grounds, Turf and Kitchen are open for small events, children’s cooking parties, reunions etc
Our dream is to make Simply Afrikan a household name and we believe we are on track for achieving that.
